Chapter 1
This is a course to help you usher in your true love. It will challenge you to take a good look at where you are now, and help you get to where you wish to be in your love life. It will offer you the opportunity to find possibly a soul mate, spiritual partner or even a twin flame.

                                   

What would it be like to Expand your 
Capacity to Love and Be Loved

Could it be the reason you have not mirrored your mate is because you are yet to become the person you will need to be in order to attract the love you desire? Our lives are different from when our parents set out to seek a mate. We know more so we seek more. We have elevated beyond those standards. We are still evolving to the level of maturity to the place where we can manifest and maintain the love we wish to create.  Relationships are uncertain sometimes in these times. People are not so quick to marry.  Relationships crumble and hearts are broken. Doubt sets in and people began to question romantic love. After thinking that person could have been a soul mate or was it just infatuation. Romantic love holds a key to our expansion what we may have noticed that romantic love can bring out the best and the worse in us. It produces spiritual growth and development.

In order to be in that place where the one shows up you have to be in a place of maturity beyond where you are right now. You will stretch. The person who created where you are now is the person that created the experiences you already had.  Your task is to grow yourself stronger so you can created a space for an awesome love to come into your life!  If we continue to act out the pains from our childhood, we will remain upset and unfulfilled in our attempt to experience true love in our lives! Once we have healed by doing the work we are able to offer the best of ourselves to others. That creates a vacuum to draw the best to us!  We will also recognize when a person is not the highest choice for us. We know not to open our hearts to that person.  Listen closely in order to attract an extraordinary love that entails respect and kindness, we must first face our fears and come to terms with our wounds. For without choosing to grow ourselves we will have difficulty sustaining the love that does come into our lives.  Its time to embrace your capacity to love and be loved as a goal you can call your own. You do not need to be with a partner  to be able to expand your ability to give and receive love. We have to open ourselves to the love that surrounds us today.

Are you ready to get started.  I hear a Big Yes!
Find a comfortable chair, sit up straight with your back against the back of the chair, breath in hold it breath out slowly. Put your hands on your heart and visualize seeing your heart open and ready to let love in. Repeat these words throughout the day 
at least 26 times 
by saying..."I open myself fully to give and receive love".
